ROSALIE OLD BOYS AGM – 31 OCTOBER 2026
The Marist Rosalie Old Boys’ Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 31 October 2026 at Gaythorne RSL.
The Association belongs to its members, and your support is vital to its continued success. If you would like to contribute, consider nominating for the Management Committee or speaking with us about how you can help.
Please confirm your attendance at the AGM and/or lunch by 17 October 2026.
Full AGM documentation will be provided in the coming weeks.

AGM AND LUNCH EVENT DETAILS AT GAYTHORNE RSL
- There is ample parking at the club and on the adjacent streets in Tel El Kebir Street, behind Samford Road, where the entrance to the club is located.
- AGM Registration is at 10.30 am, with commencement at 11.00 am. If you arrive early, you can pick up a takeaway coffee from the Coffee Shop at the main entrance and bring it to the function room.
- The Agenda for the Meeting will be forwarded to you together with other documentation in the coming weeks.
- Lunch will follow the formal AGM proceedings. Please read the lunch information below. LUNCH WILL BE COMPLIMENTARY FOR CURRENT FINANCIAL MEMBERS, provided they place their order before the 17th October. Please refer to the conditions below for the complimentary lunch.
- A bar will be open in the room for ordering drinks once the official AGM meeting has concluded.
FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL MEMBERS
- IF YOU ARE A CURRENT FINANCIAL MEMBER OF THE MROBA, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A COMPLIMENTARY LUNCH. You will need to order from the menu below. You must enter your lunch order on the internet or email your selection by 17th October to events@rosalieoldobys.com.au.
- IF YOU ARE NOT A FINANCIAL MEMBER AND YOU WISH TO ORDER THE COMPLIMENTARY LUNCH, YOU WILL NEED TO TRANSFER $25 TO COVER THE COST OF LUNCH.
INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR LUNCH PAYMENT WILL BE ONE YEAR’S FREE MEMBERSHIP. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP BADGE AT THE AGM. YOU CANNOT PAY ON THE DAY.

DRINKS:
A bar will be open after 12 noon, or following the completion of the AGM formalities, where guests can purchase their own drinks. There is a bar located in the room.
